  • We stay updated on emerging trends in eDiscovery software, cyber incident response, AI, machine learning, and review platforms to implement innovative solutions.
  • We cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • We develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows in both eDiscovery and Incident Response.
  • We leverage technology to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency, particularly in incident management.
  • Desirable if the candidate understands and can apply SQL, Advanced Excel, Python, and other extraction methodologies.

Requirements:

  • We have a deep understanding of eDiscovery and cyber incident tools preferably Relativity, Canopy, Reveal, and NUIX.
  • We have a strong understanding of legal concepts and processes related to eDiscovery and Incident Response.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in document review, Incident Response with a deep subject matter expertise of eDiscovery platforms.
