Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of automation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing effective testing strategies, as well as integrating test automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing end-to-end test strategies for critical business initiatives.
  • Integrating test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Developing AI-powered testing and analysis tools.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy and eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning for quality engineering.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.
