Job Title: Performance Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Quality Assurance Specialist with 5+ years of experience in performance testing. If you're passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

The last round will be face-to-face.

Role Overview:

This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter. You will write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios, analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

You will also perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters, execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.

In addition, you will debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices, provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
