Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Manager to lead our customer relationship initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on market segmentation and collaborate with project management to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and insights
  • Excellent Communication Skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration
  • Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. WebEngage, MoEngage)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
