Network Infrastructure Manager

As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's network infrastructure. Your duties include monitoring and maintaining the network to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor internet service provider links and generate hourly/daily reports on availability and utilization.
  • Prepare and maintain an inventory of network devices.
  • Manage firewall access and configure IP whitelisting and blocking malicious IPs as per security operations center guidelines.
  • Review firewall rule bases and deploy intrusion prevention system logs and signatures.
  • Take and restore backups of network devices, modify VLANs on layer 2 switches, and reset network device passwords.
  • Activate/deactivate domain IDs and VPNs for users and review administrator access.
  • Backup and configure load balancer rules and create new application rules.
  • Handle Level 1 incidents via email/call, prepare and implement request for changes, and coordinate with original equipment manufacturers for troubleshooting.
