Job Title: Financial Operations Intern

The role of the financial operations intern is to assist in managing the end-to-end process of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive. This includes tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT & FOLLOW-UP: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process. Follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to the existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
