About the Role
Our organization is seeking a qualified Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The role will focus on driving financial efficiency across procurement and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to monitor procurement costs, margins, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the procurement team to evaluate vendor proposals, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for procurement and operational expenses.
- Monitor working capital, vendor payments, and cash flow related to operations.
- Develop MIS reports for management, highlighting operational KPIs, savings opportunities, and cost deviations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements in procurement and operations.
- Collaborate with internal audit and control teams to ensure proper checks in operational finance.
- Provide valuable insights to support decision-making on vendor negotiations, procurement contracts, and inventory planning.
