About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual who can work independently with clients from strategy to execution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing Meta ad campaigns at scale, with a strong understanding of the Australian market. They will be able to work independently, allocating ad spend strategically to maximize returns, tracking KPIs, extracting insights, and optimizing campaigns for conversions and growth.

The ideal candidate will also have certifications such as Meta Blueprint and be able to deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
