Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Advisory. The successful candidate will have expertise in analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

This role involves working with clients to understand their operational efficiency requirements and developing customized solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM, including client-side and server-side customization using various programming languages and frameworks.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in server administration and deployment for MSCRM applications, working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, and familiarity with Power Apps and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application Sales or Service modules
  • Customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CRM using JavaScript, web resources, C# assemblies, Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, jQuery, CSS, HTML5, AJAX, and REST APIs
  • Developing REST APIs and integrating external systems through REST APIs
  • Server administration and deployment for MSCRM applications
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Dynamics 365 CRM Technical skills
  • 7-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and customization
  • BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of business application consulting principles
