  3. Crafting beautiful, fast, and reliable UIs that delight users, balancing aesthetics with performance.
  4. Optimizing performance across devices, ensuring our app runs smoothly on all platforms.
  5. Shaping product direction and engineering culture alongside leadership, influencing the company's growth.

Key requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Flutter/Dart.
  • A proven track record of shipping mobile apps end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience with Supabase and Firebase.
  • A strong product sense with sharp UI/UX instincts.
  • A startup mindset: move fast, own outcomes, solve problems.
