Program Management Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with faculty, industry partners, and academic institutions in the design and execution of high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery: Assist in the design and delivery of workshops, certification programs, and outreach events, ensuring logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners), maintaining active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Outreach Materials: Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates, coordinating with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Technology Support: Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools, troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments, recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.
