We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Specialist. This role will be pivotal in driving customer success, enabling product adoption, and contributing to overall revenue growth through technical excellence.
">Job DescriptionAs a Technical Solutions Specialist, you'll serve as the pre-sales technical expert supporting our application security portfolio. You'll work closely with the Sales team to design customer-centric solutions, deliver impactful demos and PoCs, and guide organizations on best practices in application security.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, PoCs, and workshops for our flagship product.
- Partner with Sales, Services, Product Management, and Support teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Build reusable technical assets (presentations, demo scripts, FAQs).
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of ~5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting in AppSec or enterprise software.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Bash).
- Experience with our flagship product or competitor tools like Fortify, Checkmarx, Snyk, Veracode, or Burp Suite.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and secure coding practices.
