Visual Storyteller Position

We are seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. As the lead creative force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall visual style, tone, and artistic vision for 3D projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the visual style, tone, and artistic vision for 3D projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of artists, including modelers, texture artists, and animators.
  • Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure the art aligns with project goals and technical limitations.
  • Develop and maintain the 3D art pipeline and production workflow, ensuring efficient creation and integration of assets.
  • Review all art assets and deliverables to maintain high artistic quality and consistency throughout the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, animation, or a related field is typically required.
  • 8+ years of experience in 3D art production, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior artist role, preferably within the relevant industry.
