Senior Cybersecurity Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join our Infosec team in Mumbai. As part of this role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's information assets against internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to plan and establish an organization-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001 Standard, NIST, IRDAI, and other relevant security standards.
  • Continuously measure and publish information security metrics dashboards and other key performance indicators.
  • Review and refine security solutions deployed in the organization.
  • Review IT architecture from a security perspective and provide recommendations.
  • Review and update information and cyber security policy, procedures to support the organization's information security program.
  • Work closely with IT and other functional teams to monitor the implementation of information security initiatives, projects, and controls for new or identified deficiencies.
  • Lead and manage Cyber Incidents investigation for the organization.
  • Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) of security solutions.
  • Review cloud security controls and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct and lead information security risk assessments on an ongoing basis and report any significant risks to the Information Security Committee (ISC).
  • Manage Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)/config audit for IT Infrastructure and applications, ensuring vulnerabilities are fixed within regulatory timelines.
  • Conduct security assessments for new vendors during onboarding and on an ongoing basis to ensure information and cybersecurity is not compromised.
  • Manage and maintain Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR), including conducting annual drills.
  • Manage information security awareness for employees and vendor users.
  • Plan and conduct annual internal IT infosec review/annual audit as per IRDAI guidelines.

Preferred qualifications include MBA with Engineering Background/CA, InfoSec certification like CISSP, CEH, CCNA Security, ITIL, CISM, ISO 27001, CRISC.

4-8 years of experience.
