Job Title: Finishing Head

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee and manage all finishing activities post civil superstructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction/real estate sector, especially in finishing supervision and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of finishing activities including inspection for defects, quality control of vendor-supplied materials, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) execution and site coordination.
  • Leading and managing large on-site execution teams across projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction/real estate sector.
  • Proven track record in finishing supervision and project execution.
