We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Supervisor to oversee and manage all finishing activities post civil superstructure. This role requires a strong leader who can inspect for defects in finishes, seepage, door frames, railings, etc.

The ideal candidate will ensure quality control of vendor-supplied materials and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) execution and site coordination.

They will work closely with customer service teams to resolve client concerns and lead and manage large on-site execution teams across projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting and addressing defects in finishes, seepage, door frames, and railings
  • E nsuring quality control of vendor-supplied materials
  • Supervising MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) execution and site coordination
  • Leading and managing large on-site execution teams across projects

Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction/real estate sector, especially in finishing supervision and project execution is required.
