Performance Test Engineer Role Description

Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled performance test engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience, particularly in utilizing JMeter and UFT testing tools.

  • Design and execute comprehensive performance test cases using JMeter.
  • Perform load, stress, and endurance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and QA engineers to resolve issues and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing or UFT testing.
  • Strong skills in JMeter scripting and execution.
  • Thorough understanding of different performance testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of API testing and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Note: The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for performance testing and a desire to continuously improve their skills and expertise.
