Regional Training Manager Job Description

  • The Regional Training Manager is a key role in delivering and implementing a robust training framework for Front Line Sales (FLS) and Advisors.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to ensure effective onboarding, capability building, and skill enhancement of FLS and advisors across multiple locations.
  2. Align training interventions with business goals to drive measurable improvements in recruitment and sales productivity.
  3. Build strong relationships with sales hierarchy, HR and L&D teams, product teams, and training vendors to ensure seamless training delivery and effectiveness.
  4. Monitor and report on training metrics, such as pass rates, activation consistency, and RCM STAR metrics, to measure training impact and inform future training initiatives.
  5. Lead a team of trainers/learning managers to execute training programs and provide coaching and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Implement a monthly training calendar that includes licensing training, inductions, skill workshops, and product/domain refreshers.
  • Achieve a minimum of 60% pass rate in 4-day advisor refresher programs.
  • Ensure 80% of newly licensed advisors are active within the RCM period.
  • Drive 40% 3-month activation consistency through RCM STAR metrics.
  • Support 40% of new FLS to qualify in GSG program within 6 months of joining.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
