
Commercial Agreement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our customers with end-to-end commercial processing of sales agreements.
Main Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with account teams to understand business needs and ensure seamless execution of commercial documentation.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, and Project Management to align scope, pricing, and deliverables.
- Support customer engagement for contract development and processing needs as requested by field teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins with account teams and customers to ensure satisfaction with commercial documentation and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues related to commercial processing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams and with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective commercial solutions.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and systems is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Any experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Professional Services environment is a plus.
