Job Title: Senior Executive Engineer

 

  • As a senior executive engineer, you will drive engineering best practices across the organization, focusing on code quality, automation, reliability, and performance. You will lead initiatives to improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency by designing, developing, and maintaining tools, frameworks, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for technical improvement. Champion continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, automate build, test, and deployment pipelines, and promote modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Lead the team in improving engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards. Analyze engineering metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, mean time to recovery, code coverage) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical excellence goals. Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies to ensure they meet the required standards.

 

Our ideal candidate has a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in operational excellence, process excellence, and hands-on experience with biopharma equipment's.
