**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize large language models (LLMs) to improve their performance on various tasks such as text generation, summarization, and code generation.
  • Design and implement GenAI solutions that integrate with RAG pipelines for efficient model deployment.
  • Work on developing and optimizing machine learning (ML) models using classical and deep learning techniques.
  • Build and integrate retrieval systems using vector databases like FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Weaviate for enhanced data retrieval.
  • Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific use cases, leveraging experience with models such as OpenAI GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and Falcon.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines for training, validation, and inference to ensure seamless model deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production applications and deliver high-quality results.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on LLMs and GenAI.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Hands-on experience working with vector databases and ML algorithms, including knowledge of NLP techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI/ML model deployment.
  • Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
