Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Specialist to join our organization and lead the development of advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business requirements and domain-specific data from large-scale datasets.
  • Design and implement AI/ML solutions that meet business needs, including feature engineering and model selection.
  • Apply AI/ML algorithms, such as predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and time series forecasting, to large-scale datasets.
  • Implement MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, containerization, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data architects, and business stakeholders through requirements planning, documentation, and validation.

Requirements & Skills

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML roles with strong exposure to Oil & Gas industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, R, Scala, and ML frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of big data technologies and cloud ML platforms.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
