We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Specialist with hands-on experience in Inbound and Outbound WMS workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive testing of WMS functionalities, focusing on receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping processes.
  • Develop detailed test cases, scripts, and plans based on functional requirements and business processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across WMS modules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience testing WMS systems, preferably Infios or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS workflows, especially Inbound and Outbound processes.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
