Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Application Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions that impact team performance.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems affecting the team and across departments.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and training through workshops and sessions.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with Java, SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture, SAP BTP Application Development.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in project management and agile development practices.
  • Able to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Key Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
