  • Are confident with numbers and can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance.
  • Can develop compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Have at least 1–2 years' experience running Facebook Ads with a proven track record.
  • Understand key performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, and how to optimize them.
