Leading Risk Mitigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Management department, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with our Technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Issues Management Lifecycle activities according to the Enterprise Issues Management Policy.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue management and resolution.
Requirements:
- Effective project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong understanding of operational risk management principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in control management or operational risk environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technology project delivery models and agile frameworks.
