AI Infrastructure Architect Job Description

This leadership role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge AI infrastructure solutions that power large language models, AI agents, and other innovative applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead a team of engineers to develop high-performance AI infrastructure systems.
  • Own the delivery of technical initiatives in AI backend systems, developer tooling, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Establish best practices for engineering and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 12–17 years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or machine learning domains.
  • Proven leadership with 8+ years managing engineering teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, LangChain, vector databases, and modern LLM APIs.
  • Deep understanding of AI agent frameworks and their applications.

Tech Environment:

  • Backend: Python, FastAPI.
  • Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • AI Stack: LangChain, Pinecone/Weaviate, OpenAI, Anthropic.
  • DevOps: GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
