Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and other communication modes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues resolved and actions taken.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments for further investigation.
  • Manage social media escalations and work closely with management to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the growth of the company by delivering high-quality service.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and attention to detail. You should also be proficient in using Google Documents and Spreadsheets, as well as have basic computer knowledge and MS-Office skills.
