**Key Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and deliver high-value UI/UX design solutions for enterprise clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic account management.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver tailored UI/UX design solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, understand their needs, and translate business requirements into effective UI/UX design solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by driving new business opportunities and delivering high-value solutions.
**Key Requirements:**
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
  • UI/UX Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Closing Deals: Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients, demonstrating excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build CXO-level relationships and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Adaptability: Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
