Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Revenue Cycle Management Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our offshore billing operations. This role will ensure end-to-end revenue cycle performance for U.S. healthcare provider clients, focusing on building robust processes, maintaining payer compliance, driving collections, minimizing denials, and mentoring offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the vision for RCM operations in alignment with business growth and client expectations.
    • Create policies, SOPs, and workflows that optimize revenue cycle performance across specialties (Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, etc.).
    • Collaborate with U.S. leadership to ensure client needs, compliance standards, and performance goals are consistently met.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversight of daily billing team operations in India, including charge entry, payment posting, AR calling, denial management, credentialing, and reporting.
    • Implementation of audit and QA frameworks to monitor accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
    • Standardization of reporting cadence: daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for AR, denials, collections, and payer trends.
    • Smooth onboarding of new clients and practices into billing workflows.
  • People Leadership:
    • Management and mentorship of offshore managers, team leads, and billers to ensure accountability and career growth.
    • Cultivation of a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, evaluation frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Driving recruitment, training, and upskilling initiatives to maintain high-quality output.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Fostering communication between U.S. leadership and offshore teams to ensure clear alignment.
    • Participation in client calls, providing updates on revenue performance, denial trends, and improvement initiatives.
    • Proactive identification of client risks and recommendation of process improvements.
  • Compliance & Process Improvement:
    • Adherence to U.S. healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA compliance, and payer-specific requirements.
    • Monitoring payer changes, industry trends, and regulatory updates to update internal SOPs.
    • Leveraging technology and automation tools to drive efficiency.
