We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician to join our team.

About the RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality drawings, including watermains, piping layouts, and profile drawings in accordance with BIM/CAD standards.
  • Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D software to create detailed construction drawings, including conceptual sketches, and assemblies.
  • Prepare Revit MEP, HVAC, and Electrical models for projects.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy in drawing production, adhering to client standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to complete BIM/CAD tasks and adhere to training requirements.
  • Draft and model assistance for road/parking lot, storm and sanitary sewer, water main, and grading drawings.
  • Other duties as assigned, including QA/QC compliance.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of BIM/CAD software, including Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Excellent drafting and modeling skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Revit MEP, HVAC, and Electrical models.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
