We are seeking a highly motivated Animal Emergency Support Specialist to join our team in handling urgent animal emergencies, rescues, and cruelty cases involving animals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls and emails from concerned citizens, using effective communication skills to provide support and guidance during times of crisis.
  • Coordinate closely with animal-protection organizations, volunteers, activists, government bodies, and designated officials to facilitate emergency rescues in remote areas across the country.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and services available to our team as requested by supervisors, ensuring seamless collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Participate actively in professional development training on animal handling, restraining, first aid, and other relevant lessons to enhance emergency response capabilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution is required.
  • Voluntary or other experience in handling emergency and cruelty-case responses for animals is an asset.
  • Strong computer proficiency is essential for data management and communication.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, with knowledge of other local Indian languages being an added advantage.
