Financial Operations Manager - We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our financial operations. This role is critical to our dynamic organization, and we require a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with tax filings and other compliance requirements.

Global Operations Support:

  • Support transfer pricing compliance and related documentation.
  • Handle cross-border payments and banking liaison.
  • Consolidate group accounts.

Expense Management:

  • Record, monitor, and clear company expenses.
  • Comply with company policies and budgets.
  • Handle employee reimbursements and expense reports.

Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file necessary returns and reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors as needed.

Import and Export Transactions:

  • Manage import and export transactions.
  • Comply with relevant import/export regulations.

Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO):

  • Create and manage PO's and SO's.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders.

Audit & Reporting:

  • Support audits and due diligence processes.
  • Maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
