Junior Accountant Job Overview

They will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities, along with good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team is essential for this role. Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required, while professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly valued.
