As a seasoned Power Platform professional, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft's cutting-edge technology.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions that drive business growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with security standards.
  • Lead by example and mentor junior developers to strengthen their skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and T-Shaping within the Low-Code Team.
  • Work closely with the Product Architect to design future-proof solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
">Additional Responsibilities (Pune Lead Role)">
  • Manage project conflicts and dynamic business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and Product Architect.
  • Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process.
  • Enhance DevOps processes, including automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
  • Support and guide a team of internal and external developers working on multiple projects simultaneously.
">Governance Role - Core Platform">

Lead the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
  • Identify and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant.
  • Automate governance processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Coordinate updates from Microsoft to ensure compliance and leverage new features effectively.
  • Make key decisions together with the Product Owner and Product Architect on upcoming Platform changes and feature requests.

  • Graduate from a reputable institute.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft stack and Power Platform development.

  • 12-16 years of experience working with Microsoft stack and Power Platform development.
