Recruitment Assistant

This is a stipend-based opportunity that also attracts incentives. Work mode: Hybrid. As a Recruitment Assistant at ResoPro Services, you will learn and support the recruitment function by assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. This position provides an opportunity for hands-on experience in the recruitment process and meeting client expectations while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organically sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
  • Participate in initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Participate in interview processes to assess candidate skills and culture fit.
  • Contribute to the development of agreement and interview questions.
  • Support in the coordination of recruitment events or drives.
  • Assist in conducting reference and background checks on potential candidates.
  • Participate in the drafting and sending of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Actively maintain recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Support in maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media and other platforms.
  • Participate in ad-hoc recruitment projects and initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition through coursework or previous experience.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 08 hours per day for the duration of the internship.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
