Job Title: MEP Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial/office space projects, with proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).
  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.
  • Prepare detailed schedules and BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.
  • Support tendering and procurement processes with technical documentation.
  • Revise and update models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and provide detailed schedules for procurement purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.
  • Excellent knowledge of building services codes and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
