About the Role

As a seasoned Project Director, you will lead the delivery of complex software projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the full lifecycle of SaaS solution implementations using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope and budget.

The role requires excellent leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects, risks, and dependencies while driving continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of software projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are met.">
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and partners, building strong relationships and managing expectations.">
  • Oversee project teams, set performance standards, and remove obstacles to delivery.">
  • Manage change, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.">
  • Champion best practices in Agile and Waterfall project management.">
  • Report on budgets, forecasts, staff utilization, and project status.">
  • Support sales by contributing to bids/tenders and ensuring project learnings inform pre-sales processes.">
  • Ensure adherence to supplier contracts and successful delivery of fixed-price engagements.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

8+ years of experience in project management with a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proven success in managing large-scale projects and portfolios with multiple dependencies.

">

Strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in project planning, forecasting, risk and issue management, financial oversight, and change management. Experience working with System Integrators and ability to accurately forecast financials, report monthly revenue, and manage invoicing.

">

Demonstrated track record of delivering fixed-price contracts on budget, excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills. Strong problem-solving ability and consultative approach. Relevant certifications (Agile PM, PRINCE2, PMI) are an advantage.
