Workday HCM Technical Expert

At the forefront of digital transformation, we seek a seasoned Workday HCM Technical Expert to spearhead the implementation and optimization of our Workday platform. This role demands a stalwart individual with in-depth knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, Workday custom reports, and Workday Payroll Connectors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Workday platforms across various modules.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and review solutions in Workday on project scope, business requirements, and related integrations and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and enhancing existing solutions in Workday Platform, including integration with other systems.
  • Ability to demo and prototype leading solutions to stakeholders, including new clients.
  • Technical guidance to junior team members and existing engagements.
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective integration and utilization of Workday modules.
  • Leveraging business and technical acumen in combination with a deep understanding of processes to execute a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and drive strategies to align processes, people, technology, and underlying governance.
  • Execution of convergence of initiatives towards long-term strategic objectives by partnering with business and technical teams to deliver solutions for defined business architecture.'
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, Workday custom reports, and Workday Payroll Connectors.
  • Assistance to clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting, or Workday Adaptive.
  • Utilization of consulting skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday into clients' business environments to achieve client-expected business results.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies.
  • Management of End-to-End Workday Implementation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
