Seeking a marketing professional to develop and implement influencer & retention marketing strategies, manage Youtube campaigns, maintain public relations, and support sales initiatives.

Influencer Marketing Strategies
  • Identify influencers (paid, barter) and negotiate agreements after securing necessary approvals.
  • Understand the influencer's niche and create initial draft scripts.
  • Coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and influencers.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Contribute ideas on snippet/ads creation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for advance payments and final payments.
Retention Marketing Initiatives
  • Develop WhatsApp marketing/utility templates and submit them for approval on Meta.
  • Create broadcast ideas based on occasions, seasonal requirements, restocking timelines, and regional festivals.
  • Compile data sets and refine them for campaigns.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven skills in influencer marketing and social media marketing, specifically with Youtube influencers.
  • Sales support and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is advantageous.
