Job Description :

  • Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with common technology stacks, specifically MVC, Spring 2.5 / 3.0, Spring Boot, Spring WS, Spring Rest, and microservices.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles, cloud-based application deployment, and agile methodologies is crucial.
  • Experience with JSON and XML technologies such as XSL, XSLT, XPath, and parsers like SAX, DOM, and JAXB will be beneficial.
  • The selected candidate will design and implement architecture for RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and have working knowledge of infrastructure as software (Container Orchestration, Observability).
  • Strong algorithm-solving skills and decent knowledge of SQL are essential.
  • Bonus points if you have some knowledge of frontend frameworks like React/Angular, AWS stack, and Git/CI-CD pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining high-quality code that meets the requirements and standards of the project.
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of the overall codebase.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/J2EE technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of an Agile team.
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
