Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum graduate degree
  • 3-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing/food processing industry
  • Experience in modern trade (MT), stand-alone modern trade (SAMT), and general trade (GT) channels
  • Familiarity with frozen food products is an added advantage
