Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Operations Manager to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement operations processes, including purchase requisition to purchase order conversion, fixed asset creation and capitalization, supplier re-certification, contract drafting, and system updates.
  • Contribute to team performance metrics, such as SLA, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with category managers, accounts payable, vendor risk management office, corporate ethics and compliance teams, information security and privacy, and contingent workforce program team to drive issue resolution and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of validated experience in procurement operations with exposure to both product and services procurement. A thorough knowledge of procurement processes is essential, along with experience working with P2P tools like Ariba/Coupa and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.

Additional requirements include a solid understanding of intermediate to advanced Excel, professional-level proficiency in English, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in any subject area; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations with exposure to both product and services procurement.
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Experience working with P2P tools like Ariba/Coupa and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
