Job Overview

  • We seek a highly skilled professional to lead our testing efforts and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to interact effectively with clients, and have a deep understanding of technical skill areas.
  • They must also be able to analyze project risks and concerns, develop solutions, and ensure compliance with client processes.
  • Key tasks include creating and executing test design and execution plans, scheduling testing, and assigning tasks to team members efficiently.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for tracking project milestones and deliverables, identifying new requirements from the project, and daily defect triaging.
  • Additionally, they will report on testing activities, including results, test case coverage, and defects.
  • Cross-functional team coordination for SIT/UAT, system audits, and technology implementation verification are also essential responsibilities.
  • Developing a test automation strategy for complex projects in agile methodology is crucial for this role.
  • Collaboration with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies for automation testing is also required.
  • Execute and analyze automation test results, lead Go-Live activities, and deployment plan execution.

Requirements:

  • Manual and automation testing experience.
  • Java, Selenium, Appium, and API programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like TestNG, Page Object Model, BDD, and Cucumber.
