  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals.">

Essential Requirements:

Education & Qualifications: A university degree in computer sciences, business, or a related field is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect for Workday HCM Core, Recruitment, Compensation, and Talent is mandatory. Desirable knowledge of ServiceNow, Cornerstone On Demand, Workforce Time and Absence Solution is also required.
