Job Title: Heat Treatment Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Process Specialist to join our team at DCS Group in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing heat treatment processes in the Foundry & Casting Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop heat treatment processes based on material specifications and desired properties
  • Optimize existing heat treatment processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Select and maintain heat treatment equipment, including furnaces, ovens, and quenching systems
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure materials meet specified standards and requirements
  • Analyze material properties before and after heat treatment to ensure desired outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in heat treatment technology and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in heat treatment processes within the Foundry & Casting Industry
  • Strong knowledge of material specifications and treatment processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
