Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Power Systems Engineer. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our PCS/BESS products in North India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical support and remote assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair PCS/BESS products on-site, guiding customers to resolve minor faults independently.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tracking and maintaining stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operation of units.
  • Maintain strong relationships with on-site customers, communicating effectively and soliciting feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, including power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide basic training to customers as needed.
  • Adhere to established guidelines and report work progress regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
  • A proactive mindset, able to plan and execute tasks effectively, even in uncertain situations.
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with PCS and BESS systems.
  • Preferably based in North India.
