Job Role:

Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, owning client communication, maintaining structured data and campaign reports, brainstorming and pitching creative campaign ideas, collaborating with the social media team, and taking ownership of campaign performance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns – from scouting, negotiations, and briefing to final execution & reporting.
  • Owning client communication – handle campaign calls, understand briefs, and deliver flawless execution.
  • Maintain structured data & campaign reports – no loose ends, everything tracked and reported.
  • Braintstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas to clients and creators.
  • Collaborate with the social media team for brand visibility and content.
  • Take ownership & accountability for campaign performance – with room to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing / digital campaign management.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills – both with creators and brands.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail.
  • A team player who can also guide interns/juniors when needed.
  • Bonus: Experience working with lifestyle, grooming, or fashion brands.
