We are seeking an experienced Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and mentoring students in cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, AI/ML, MERN Stack, and Full Stack Development.

About the Role:

This role involves developing and delivering curriculum that aligns with industry standards, designing engaging learning activities, and providing personalized support to students. A strong background in software development and teaching methodologies is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver daily in-person classroom training on programming and/or full-stack development.
  • Develop and implement learning materials and resources that meet industry standards.
  • Provide tailored support to students throughout their program, including mentorship and guidance.
  • Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet industry expectations.
  • Continuously develop your teaching philosophy and stay current with professional development in pedagogy and software development practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. (CSE background) from IITs or NITs.
  • Strong knowledge in Generative AI, AI/ML, and proficiency in MERN Stack & Full Stack Development.
