Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Transaction Banking Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of prior experience in Transaction Monitoring, preferably in Global Transaction Banking, and be passionate about providing a great Leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the planning and day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. This includes managing dispute processes, reviewing and clearing transaction alerts, conducting financial crime investigations, submitting SARs, and quality control.

The role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to scale teams efficiently and effectively. The individual must have experience working within a regulated environment and have a good understanding of global regulations.

  • Be passionate about fighting financial crime and have an excellent understanding of financial crime risks
  • Have worked with external product vendors and payment partners as well as regulatory, law enforcement, and industry contacts
